Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were pretty clean, and check-in was easy enough. The bed was comfortable, and we had a spacious area. However, the service was a bit discombobulated at times, with staff appearing preoccupied. The location was convenient for family events nearby, but we were disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast or water provided.
